Returns/Exchanges
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Kaysa at 907-957-6665 or email info@throwingolives.com to discuss what options you may have for a return or exchange.
Returns/Exchanges are only allowed if:
- the bottle/item is unopened and in the same condition as when purchased,
- within 30 days of purchase, and
- a receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
If a return is accepted, we will process a refund in the same method the item was purchased. A refund will take up to 10 days to be credited back to the customer.
The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Exchanges of one item for another are only accepted for local customers of Juneau, Alaska who are available for in person pickup/delivery and only if agreed upon by buyer and seller.
Sale items can not be returned/exchanged.
Shipping for a Return:
The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping charges on any returns.
Please do not return your item(s) to the manufacturer.
